Incoming
Profile alloy certificate, wall thickness gauge check, surface finish inspection.
In process
Dimensional check on every batch, corner joint strength sampling, thermal break insertion check.
System test
Air, water and wind resistance on the tested prototype before series release.
Pre-shipment
Full visual and dimensional inspection with a photo report before the container is sealed.
Capacity and certification details (To be confirmed) will be published here once the company supplies the production records and certificate numbers.
