Markets & logistical routes

Two corridors, two document sets. The aluminium is the same; what changes is the evidence your importer and customs authority need.

European Union

  • CE marking route for windows (EN 14351-1) and curtain walling kits (EN 13830)
  • Declaration of performance issued per system after testing
  • FOB Ningbo / Shenzhen and CIF to European ports
  • Documentation in English, plus REACH statements for surface finishes

Central Asia

  • Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan
  • EAEU technical regulations (TR CU) apply to most building products
  • GOST-K conformity for products outside TR CU scope
  • Rail and truck routes: Khorgos to Almaty, then on to Tashkent, Bishkek, Dushanbe

Logistics

  • Container loading with steel crating and corner protection
  • Pre-shipment photo report before the container is sealed

Route durations and freight rates are quoted per shipment. We keep To be confirmed here rather than publishing an average that would mislead.

Buyer questions

Exporting aluminium windows to the EU and Central Asia

What importers ask us before the first shipment.

Which documents do I need to import windows into Kazakhstan?
For EAEU members the conformity certificate or declaration under the applicable technical regulation is required at customs, together with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Where the product falls outside the technical regulations, national GOST-K certification applies. We prepare the technical file and agree the exact list with your importer before production.
Do you arrange CE marking for EU orders?
We work to EN 14351-1 for windows and external doorsets and to EN 13830 for curtain walling kits. CE marking is declared by the manufacturer of the system after testing; we confirm the tested status of your series in the quotation and supply the declaration of performance and test reports with the shipment.
How is the glass and aluminium packed for sea freight?
Windows and doors travel in timber crates with foam-separated frames, glass in edge-protected stillages, curtain wall panels on steel A-frames. The packing list is issued before the container is sealed so your importer can plan unloading.
Can you ship to a project site rather than a port?
Yes. We quote FOB, CIF or delivered to site with the forwarder of your choice, including rail to Almaty or truck to Tashkent when that is faster than sea plus inland haulage.
