Before you send the enquiry
The four questions importers ask us most often.
How quickly will I get a quotation?
Usually within three working days for a schedule we can read. A single window with no drawings gets an indicative range the same week; a full façade package needs the elevation and the specification first.
What should I send with the first enquiry?
The window schedule or façade elevation, the destination country and city, the required U-value or wind load if your code sets one, and the delivery date you are working to. A reference photo of the system you want also helps.
Will my drawings stay confidential?
Yes. Drawings and specifications are used only to quote and produce your order. We can sign an NDA before receiving them — say so in the message and we send ours first.
Do you send samples before production?
Yes. A prototype section or a full sample window can be produced and sent for visual and dimensional approval before the batch starts; the cost and lead time are stated in the quotation.
